This workout consists of 4 rounds of 8 sets of each exercise.
Push yourself for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds and then keep going! You can do this!

1. Squats-20 seconds on, Rest 10 seconds Repeat 8 times
2. Push-ups-20 seconds on, Rest 10 seconds Repeat 8 times
3. Jumping Jacks-20 seconds on, Rest 10 seconds Repeat 8 times
4. Burpees 20-seconds on, Rest 10 seconds Repeat 8 times
